Our Story

In 2019, with a vision to transform the construction and engineering landscape of North-East India, Er. Parthapratim Phukan founded Blue Mountain Construction Engineering & Services Pvt. Ltd. His deep-rooted passion for building not just structures but thriving communities led him to establish a company that prioritizes innovation, quality, and sustainability. A graduate of NIT with an MDP in Project Management from IIM Ahmedabad, Er. Phukan brings technical expertise as well as commitment to excellence.

Operating from Aizawl, Mizoram, Blue Mountain set out to create spaces that go beyond brick and mortar—homes that inspire, uplift, and stand the test of time.

Our landmark project, Federation Enclave, is a reflection of this ethos. When Er. Phukan first approached Christopher Charles Benninger, the world-renowned architect asked him one simple yet powerful question: “Do you promise to develop a top-class project in the hills?” Without hesitation, they shook hands on a shared vision—one that would bring world-class design to Mizoram. Today, Federation Enclave stands tall to that promise.

Honored as a “Special Project” by the Government of Mizoram, Federation Enclave is also the state's only RERA-registered development, ensuring trust, transparency, and security for homebuyers. We provide permanent ownership with LSC/Mutation, giving every resident the confidence of a legally secure investment.

Behind Blue Mountain is a leadership team that brings experience, vision, and a people-first approach. Ms. Bhupali Goswami, a seasoned expert in Human Resource Management, and Mr. Kashi Nath Hazarika, with decades of experience in Banking, Finance, and Entrepreneurship Development, help steer the company towards growth and excellence.
